Every third Thursday, come join Andrea R. Freeman & Sean Harrison as they guide you to take time to pause, reflect & truly feel life’s guided messages through meditation, poetry & music. Andrea R. Freeman is an author, poet, Intuitive Writers Coach & conducts Angel Card Readings. She has authored two books: Messages From My Grandparents in Heaven & her first poetry book, And Everything in Between. Andrea teaches creative writing classes, leads a journaling online workshop, coaches writers and also hosts poetry open mics in the Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania area. Sean Harrison of the Lehigh Valley, PA is a craftsman of several art forms, including but not limited to, music, guitar making, poetry, photography and sketching in his notebook. He hosts Gathering of Gratitude & co-hosts Meditation Poetry Pause. Sean also conducts New Moon & Chart Readings. When he is not performing, you may find him deep in the wooded solitude of the mountains, conversing with the wind and the crows only.
