In this workshop, you will:

• Reconnect with yourself by expressing feelings and emotions through colour, shape, texture, and words.
• Release perfectionism and step into freedom—there are no rules, no “pretty” pages, just playful experimentation.
• Discover your intuitive creative voice through guided prompts, grounding exercises, and mixed media techniques.
• Experience joy, clarity, and insight as your art mirrors your inner process, helping you untangle emotions and notice patterns in your life.
• Learn new techniques and playful approaches with watercolours, acrylics, oil pastels, paint pens, collage, and unconventional tools like bubble wrap and feathers.
