Gratitude in Harmony: Thanksgiving Sound Meditation

Celebrate the spirit of gratitude before the holiday rush with a soul-nourishing Sound Meditation on Sunday, November 23 from 4:00 to 6:30 PM at Easton Yoga. Guided by Meg Green, this immersive 90-minute gathering welcomes both seasoned yogis and newcomers to pause, reflect, and give thanks through the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, flutes, chimes, and more. Let the rich soundscape help release stress, cultivate appreciation, and open the heart as the community gathers to honor abundance and connection.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session, the doors are locked at the start of the session to ensure a peaceful environment for all participants.
