Floor to overhead, any classes with weight 100kg or over must touch chest following down command. Grip tops, wristwraps, sleeves, chalk and belt cleans all allowed. 

Axle Deadlift for reps 60 seconds
33cm Height, 50mm smooth bar. 
No bouncing, await down command
Straps allowed 
Thumb and fingers must be touching the bar. 

Throwing bags - Max time 60 seconds
Ladies over 3m bar. 
Men over 3.5m bar. 
 
Farmers 20m, Max 60 seconds
10m drop and return.
Chalk allowed on athlete not on equipment. 

Sandbag Run - Max time 60 seconds. 
5 items over 4ft bar. Similar to a Atlas stone run but with Sandbags. 

Note we have 50 and 70 Rubber balls in ladies aswell. 
Where 70 is seen in mens on its own its the Sausage bag.
