Gong Bath with Jason

Come and join us for an immersion into sound. all you need is yourself and a blanket and enjoy the cosy surroundings of Shanti Rooms.

The gong is an inactive meditation so you can just switch off. Using sound as a form of healing dates back to ancient cultures and improves physical and emotional health and wellbeing.

Sunday 7th December at 6pm
