Citizens Advice is introducing a brand-new Financial Resilience Project designed to help individuals and community groups build confidence, stability, and control over their money.
This project is fully funded by the Household Support Fund and Hampshire County Council, meaning all support is completely FREE.
As part of the programme, they are offering group workshops and 1-to-1 support sessions throughout the community, including sessions coming soon to The Point!
Topics include:
• Creating a budget & managing household bills
• Maximising income & reducing everyday costs
• Understanding benefits and financial entitlements
• Opening a bank account & building savings
• Avoiding high-cost credit & tackling debt early
• Spotting scams and financial abuse
• Finding the right support before things reach crisis point
If you or your community group would like to get involved, learn new skills, or feel more confident with money, why not come along? No need to book.
