After the lovely response to our last workshop, I’m so happy to invite you back for another evening of reflection, colour, and creativity ☺️

This session is open to anyone, whether you came to the first one or not. We’ll use art journaling to explore your relationship with food and body in a gentle, creative way. No drawing skills needed - just an open mind and a willingness to explore through colour, shapes, and personal stories.

Come as you are. Bring a friend if you like. And yes, we’ll enjoy some delicious Turkish meze dishes together.

What’s included:
✨ A guided journaling and art experience using simple tools like markers, pencils and crayons.
✨ A safe and welcoming space to explore emotional eating, cravings, body image, and self-talk
✨ Gentle prompts and creative exercises to take home with you
✨ Delicious light meze dishes as part of a mindful eating practice
