Sourdough Intensive Workshop

This is the sourdough class for people who are tired of guessing. Sourdough doesn’t need to be mysterious, time-consuming, or temperamental. In this intensive workshop, we’ll walk through the entire sourdough process with clarity and purpose so you leave understanding not just what to do, but why you’re doing it. We’ll cover starter health, feeding schedules, fermentation timing, shaping, baking, and how to troubleshoot the most common sourdough issues. Participants will leave with an active starter and shaped dough or par-baked loaf so you can finish with confidence at home. This is a skills-based, no-fluff class designed to help you bake consistent, reliable sourdough that fits real life.
