Somatic Breathwork Drum Journey
This immersive somatic journey blends intentional breathwork with live drumming to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep inner exploration. The rhythmic pulse of the drum guides participants into a meditative, body-based experience where the mind softens and the body leads.
Each journey is unique and personal—some experience emotional clearing, others receive insight, imagery, or profound rest. No previous experience is necessary.
