When I'm one with nature, my soul shines. Feeling the Earth beneath my feet and the sun on my skin brings me deep peace. I am multidimensional—messy, kind, silly, and, above all, love.

As a survivor, I've journeyed through trauma, continuously healing and reclaiming myself. The path back to self hasn't been easy, filled with undoing, inner child work, self-reflection, reparenting, and learning to show up for myself while still showing up for others.

Reframing my thoughts, understanding my role in relationships, and offering myself grace, love, and compassion has been vital. It's exhausting at times, yet filled with magic, unfolding, and growth.

Creating spiritual journeys and crafts with nature's gifts has been my way to express and heal. Through writing, dancing, somatic movement, ritual, sacred art, grounding, and gardening, I release, surrender, and realign. 

Not every day is easy, but finding community and soul family makes this journey sweeter. This is my journey of returning to my soul's roots and embracing alchemy.
