- **Event Description**: Heart & Healing is a quiet, supportive space for women navigating the grief and physical healing that can follow miscarriage, pregnancy loss, or infant loss.

In recognition of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, we’re creating a space to slow down, breathe, and simply be with whatever is present. Through gentle restorative yoga, breathwork, Reiki, and sound, we’ll offer opportunities to soften tension, reconnect with the body, and make space for rest.

There is no pressure to “fix” how you’re feeling, process your grief, or participate in any particular way. Every movement is completely optional, and resting is always encouraged. This is a space to honor your body, your emotions, and your experience... exactly as you are.

This offering is free to attend. We simply ask that you register in advance so we know how many people to prepare for. Space will be limited to 15 participants.

Yoga mats and props will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
