We listened...and we have created The Grief Cafe for you.

Join Nadine where we will open up a conversation around Grief.
Nadine will hold a safe space for you to talk, listen, be heard and experience compassionate conversations and shared understanding.

Not just the obvious grief from bereavement but also
Anticipatory Grief when you know you will lose someone close
Adjusting to change and loss in everyday life.
Navigating our way through life changing curveballs
...and any other topics that may cause you concern.

Grief can show up at any time and in any way emotionally and physically.

After a cancer diagnosis at the end of 2022 Nadine experienced grief in many forms from the loss of the old life she was saying goodbye to, loss of her hair, sadness and loss as her body changed due to surgeries and the side effects of her treatment plan.

Nadine studied Grief Counselling to support her private clients who were struggling with grief and uses many of her coping strategies that are part of her trusted Calmer Self Method to help people navigate their way through grief, sadness and loss.
You will be offered some practical tips and coping strategies to help you navigate your way through the emotions that come with grief.
