This is a private Sussex EVs club gathering, held alongside another booking in the larger hall, so we’ll be using the car park and our allocated space in the Hall only.

? Attendees welcome from 13:30

Tea, coffee and homemade cake available with a voluntary £4 contribution (unlimited refills).

? Parking  
Parking is first‑come, first‑served in the village hall car park. Please park considerately so everyone can fit in.

☕ A Sussex EVs tradition  
This meet has become a lovely annual get‑together thanks to volunteers, including John & Mandy Bolton, and it’s always a relaxed chance to catch up with fellow members.

Looking forward to seeing everyone who can make it.

Please RSVP using the 'Find Tickets' link - plus say you are going on this Facebook event page, so we can plan seating and refreshments for you. We’ll aim to start welcoming folks from 13:30 once the hall is set up.
