Summer Self Defence Basics Workshop for Women & Girls

Join us for a one off self defence workshop for women and girls (recommended for 10+yrs) this summer break.

You will walk away with brand new essential skills that will help keep you safe

From increased awareness and understanding an attacker's mindset, to learning how to throw a good strike and being able to identify what a threat looks like - it may be the best day you will invest in this year! Are you ready to empower yourself?

Taught by a qualified, female self defence instructor.
The workshop will run 1-3pm on Tuesday 19th Aug at the Bodiblossom Studio, Maple Rd, Eastbourne, BN23 6NY.
