Minds Eye #8 Mr Super Juice, GURF, DaleFrost

Minds Eye #8 tickets are now live and this one is big in every sense of the word!
First of how does a 7 piece 70’s flavoured Cinematic Funk big band sound? Well Mr Super Juice are here to answer those questions with their Shafty Lalo Schifrin tinged New Orleans scented big band on the run from the 5’0 sounds.
Following that, it doesn’t get much bigger than Brighton “band in a blender” GURF who pack so much Beef into their sets they’d fill a family sized lasagne. Ring modulated and packing meat in the seat, these fire eaters will have you contemplating just what a band is anymore.
Opening the show we have the remarkable talents of one man drum impresario Dale Frost- who combined with a sampler and glitchy beat work will make you wonder how on earth he keeps time- let alone where the 1 is! Bonkers poly rhythms and a real deft feel that puts most electronic acts to shame.
