FRIDAY NIGHT REST CLUB

Inspired by a magical weekend I had with a friend and fellow yoga teacher, a new student who reawakened my love of YIN & by recent yin classes which everyone seems to have really enjoyed...

The plan is to have 90 mins of calm, meditative breathing, yin yoga, relaxing restorative poses, body awareness & positive musings.

I have a feeling you are going to love it. I know I will!

We all need more stillness, less doing and more being - so here is your chance.

This deep rest extravaganza will take place at Wannock Village hall. 6-7.30pm 

£18 - drop in. Payment details on the terms of booking attached or bring cash on the day...

Please bring mats and blankets and bolsters if you have them - good support is really important...
