You may have heard about singing bowls and wondered whether it is something for you. A kind of rest that goes deeper than sleep. Relief from a body, a mind, a soul that has been carrying too much for too long.When you take part in a session with Maja, you are not with someone who learned this from a manual. You are with someone who felt it first, chose it deliberately, and has spent more than a decade learning how to deliver it well.This session is for everyone, whether you've expereinced a sound bath or not, it is a moment to come together an relax.We will meet just before 6pm on the area of grass opposite the Beachy Head Pub.
