The session will consist of a 10-minute warmup, followed by a 40-minute session that focuses on simple but effective exercises that will get you moving and working on your strength, mobility and muscular endurance of the upper and lower body. The session will end with a 10-minute cooldown.No equipment will be required, just bring yourself, appropriate clothing and footwear, something to drink and lots of energy.
