Join us as we return to The View Hotel for one of our most popular summer events — a memorable afternoon of networking, delicious lunch, and stunning views of the Eastbourne International Airshow.


Enjoy a drink on arrival followed by a delicious three-course silver service lunch in the Horizon Suite, with exclusive rooftop and balcony access for the very best views of the Airshow


To Start 

Chicken, Prosciutto & Parmesan Roulade

 Served with sun-dried tomato pesto, sweet peppers and pea shoots

Cream of Sweetcorn Soup VE

 Finished with chives, jalapeño and crispy onions

Feta, Chilli and Basil Toasts

 Served on toasted sourdough with balsamic reduction and rocket salad 

Main Course 

Maple and Bourbon BBQ Pork Belly

 Slow cooked belly of pork served with smoked bacon and herb rosti, garlic roasted cherry tomato and courgette, finished with a honey and chilli yoghurt. 

Salmon en Croute

 Fillet of salmon wrapped in spinach and puff pastry, served with herb mashed potato, garlic and lemon fried greens and a white wine velouté

Grilled Maple Celeriac Steak VE

Served with triple lentil salad, raspberry, coriander and chilli salsa and parmentier potatoes 

Dessert

Chocolate and Salted Caramel Tart

 Served with caramelised orange cream

 Raspberry Frangipane Tart VE

 Served with vegan vanilla ice cream and raspberry coulis

Fresh Fruit Salad VE

 Topped with mango sorbet and raspberry coulis
