You must register at ctapa.com; 

Players must have 20 or more 8-ball scores in the last two years and be active on an standard 8-Ball team, Ladies or Destination Division in the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 Session. Call the office to check if you are unsure at 413-536-3838. 

If there are 30 teams then the 1st place team will receive airfare, entry fee, and hotel for the tournament. If there are less than 30 teams, then the first place team must provide the remaining money to make arrangements for the trip. If the winning team does not want to go then they forfeit the trip to the next highest finishing team.
