Mommy & Me Yoga + Sound Bath (0–12 Months) ✨

Join us for a gentle 45-minute class designed for moms and their littles 1 and under.
We’ll move through simple, supportive yoga poses to help relax the body while incorporating your baby into the practice—held, resting nearby, or exploring on a blanket.

Class includes baby-friendly movement, light mobility, and sweet moments of connection.
We’ll close with a five-minute sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls and other sound-healing instruments to soothe both mama and baby.

Please bring:
• Baby’s favorite toy
• Blanket
• Water bottle
• Yoga mat (mats available)
