Explorations in Gesture Drawing + Restorative Yoga ✨

Join popular professional artist Terry Valdez for a creative, joyful art experience in a relaxed and welcoming studio setting, paired with a grounding restorative yoga practice led by Claire.
We’ll begin with Explorations in Gesture Drawing, where Terry will guide you through expressive studies using graphite pencil, charcoal, felt pen, and sumi brush.
Through both short and extended poses, you’ll explore rhythm, movement, and the essence of the human form.
Claire will model in a red lycra suit with a white shroud smock, offering dynamic shapes and fluid gestures to inspire your work.
After the drawing session, Claire will lead a Restorative Yoga practice designed to help you unwind, settle the nervous system, and gently integrate your creative experience. Expect supported poses, slow breathwork, and deep relaxation — a perfect complement to the art session.
