Come join us to embrace Energy Medicine through sound and connection. Cherise will be using Himalayan bowls, gong, and a few other earthly sounds to take you deep into the layers of your consciousness. Each meditation has a focus. 

These are not your typical sound baths. We’re not just lying on the floor hoping to relax for an hour.  These sessions are a guided exploration of the unconscious mind, using sound as a doorway into parts of yourself that meditation doesn’t always reach on its own. Through vibration and presence, you’re invited to listen to the quiet wisdom already living inside you.

Relaxation may happen along the way—but that’s not really the point. These are not your typical sound baths. We’re not just lying on the floor hoping to relax for an hour. These sessions are a guided exploration of the unconscious mind, using sound as a doorway into parts of yourself that meditation doesn’t always reach on its own. Think less spa day and more soulful group therapy… with sound as the guide and your inner wisdom leading the way.

What to know… Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, under-knee bolster, Ey covering (mask or pillow), or whatever comfort you are choosing to have for the session. 

Evening sound meditations are at 6pm and Saturdays are at 8am. You can see details on the website when you click on "ticket" or go to screamingoctopus.com and under groups choose "join the journey"
