Join popular professional artist Terry Valdez for a creative, joyful art experience paired with a gentle yoga practice led by Claire.
We’ll begin with Discover Oil Pastel Basics, where Terry introduces blending, value lines, texture, and scratching techniques to bring depth and expression into your artwork. This session is beginner-friendly and invites curiosity, play, and exploration.
After the art portion, Claire will lead a Gentle Vinyasa + Yin practice to help your body unwind and your whole being feel spacious and refreshed.
You'll experience soft, flowing sequences, grounding stretches, longer yin holds, and easy breathwork — a cozy way to close the afternoon and head out feeling open and at ease.

• Oil pastel instruction: blending, value lines, texture, and scratching
• Guided creative exploration with Terry
• Gentle Vinyasa to warm the body and create ease
• Yin poses held longer to release tension, open the fascia, and invite deep spaciousness
