All performances start at 5:00 PM
Stop and smell the roses–the War of the Roses! Treachery is around every turn as Richard III captures the British crown. Director Benjamin Medeiros sets Shakespeare’s historical drama in London’s punk era, with the rebellious prince’s antics keeping the royal court on edge…or locked in the Tower.
This summer, enjoy outdoor theater as Gazebo Players set stage in Medfield, Canton, and Walpole. All performances are free and open to the public. Remember to bring your own lawn chair or picnic blanket for seating. This program is funded in part by grants from the Medfield, Canton, and Walpole Cultural Councils, local agencies which are supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
