?Coach Chase kicks us off with Warrior W.O.D (Workout of the Day). Tuesday 5:30p through June. These workouts will combine strength and endurance to give you a strong baseline for the rest of the series.

?Coach Aimee brings the fun and games in July, with Recess Remix. Fun outdoor challenge for your balance and agility. Continuing on Tuesdays 5:30p

?Coach Jen Gartland is back in August with her famous Rise & Prime series starting Tuesdays 6:30 am 

Commit to all 3 months and save! Just $125 for all 3!

Each 4-week series is $55 / $50 with your Warrior Pass
