The Onondaga County Fire Chiefs Association would to extend an invitation to our 53rd Annual Installation Banquet that will be held on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Syracuse located at 6301 Route 298, East Syracuse.
Cocktail hour (cash bar) will begin at 6:00 pm, with a buffet dinner to follow at 7:00 pm at the cost of $65.00 per person with the following menu:

dedicated to the sponsors business or organization and the
other (4) will be other attendees.
• Full page ad in our banquet program

The cost for this sponsorship level is $500.00
Deputy Chief Sponsor
As a “Deputy Chief” sponsor, the following includes:
• Purchase of half a table which seats (4) people, (2) of which
are dedicated to the sponsors business or organization and
the other (2) will be other attendees.
• (1) Full page ad in our banquet program
• Recognition on our social media site
The cost for this sponsorship level is $300.00
Assistant Chief Sponsor:
As an “Assistant Chief” sponsor, the following includes:
• Sponsorship of award(s)
• (1) Full page ad in our banquet program \

The cost for this sponsorship level is $200.00
Banquet Program:
The following is the pricing for an ad in the banquet program:
• Business Card - $25.00
• Half Page - $50.00
• Full Page - $100.00
The funds raised from these ads will assist us with offsetting the cost of the banquet, supports our yearly operations and is our only fundraiser.
