- **Event Name**: Fall Foliage Event ( ALL CLUBS WELCOME ) with Option to Campout
- **Event Start and End Date**: Fri, 10 Oct, 2025 at 05:00 pm – Sun, 12 Oct, 2025 at 05:00 pm
- **Event Description**: October 10th 11th and 12th we'll be hosting an all breeds welcome off-road camping event. We have tents on site to book if you're interested. It starts Friday at 5pm, if you'd like to come set up early with a night run later coming back to a fire in our boulder pit. Saturday we will air down and start at 10am, the event will end Sunday around 5. Jeeps Toyotas Broncos Nissans any offroad vehicles are welcome. Saturday we will be running the easier trails and Sunday will be the harder trails. 

Admission is:

Wheel for the day without camping for driver..............................................$40.00
..............................passenger fee $10.00

Wheel and Camp with your tent for the weekend.....$60.00/ $10.00 additional person

Wheel and Camp with your Camper/ weekend..................$80.00/ $10.00 additional person

There will be a Porta John on site.


Everyone will pay and sign liability waivers when arriving. 

Rules for Black Forest

1 Bring a walkie
2 If you bring your children you must watch them at all times, yelling and screaming must be delt with and on the trail kids must stay in vehicle. 
3 We have to be quiet and respectful of our neighbors, no loud music loud exhausts or for night runs lightbars on. 
4 Garbage goes in the trash.
5 Bring a full tank of gas. 
6 Bring a spare tire. 
7 Fires in the pit cant be huge. 
8 Trail etiquette,  maintain 1.5 rig lengths apart, for hills decline and incline make sure you let the rig in front of you get to the bottom or top of a hill before moving. 
9 If you like to play music in your rig while wheeling, make sure its low enough to hear your walkie for communicating with the crew. 

We cant wait to host another function here, last week was truly epic.
