Through guided journaling, you’ll write a heartfelt letter to yourself using your non-dominant hand — unlocking memories and emotions stored beneath the surface. We’ll move through gentle shadow work, allowing what no longer serves you to rise and release.
Supported by yoga and sound bowl healing, you’ll create energetic space to transform — to replace old wounds with new understanding, and pain with peace.
This is more than a workshop — it’s a journey back to your own wholeness.
