Every year on my birthday, I love giving back to a cause close to my heart — and this year, I’m inviting you to join me! 💜 Join me at the Meadowlands Area YMCA for a 90-minute, fun-filled night of Zumba, good vibes, and community spirit.

All proceeds from this event will be donated directly to Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA). Did you know that nearly 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. experience a mental health condition each year, and that it can take almost 10 years for someone living with bipolar disorder to receive an accurate diagnosis?

Together, we can help reduce stigma and create visibility for an often invisible struggle, shining a light on the importance of compassion, understanding, and mental health advocacy.

So bring a friend, lace up your sneaks, and let’s party for a great cause! 🌴

Info: We’ll kick off the night with a quick welcome and introduction to share what this celebration is all about: dancing for joy, connection, and a cause close to my heart. Then get ready for 75 minutes of dancing! No pressure, no judgement. We’ll close the evening with a community wrap-up, taking a moment to reflect, connect, and celebrate the impact we’re making together for mental health awareness.
