A gentle space for self-love, compassion, and acceptance is important more than ever.This guided meditation at the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens is a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in nature. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of sitting, followed by 40-45 minutes of slow, silent, mindful walking. The practice focuses on the natural flow of the breath, with no rigid rules, just noticing your thoughts as they come and go.No prior experience is needed. All ages, religions, genders and cultural backgrounds are welcome. This is an open, nurturing space, so please come just as you are!
