Mackay Group Connect and Share - Sleep and Night Time Parenting

Sleeping like a baby - what does that really means? Join us as we talk about normal baby and toddler sleeping patterns, and share tips on how to cope with interrupted sleep as parents.

A breastfeeding counsellor will lead the session which will focus on infant sleep and night-time parenting but we will always try to answer any other questions you might have too.
