Everyday Ultra Run Club - Group Run

Open to all who want to spend some time on the trails!
This week we’ll meet at the trailhead on Grassy Hill Road in East Lyme to run the middle section of the Goodwin Trail. This part of the trail is quite runnable and easy to follow.
All paces and experience are welcome! I’ll be coming off the Tower Tag race the day before and will welcome casual, conversational miles! There will be others moving faster and farther. We can meet back at the trailhead where I’ll have some baked goodies for a post run snack.
