Meditation Class/Practice
with the Heartsong Sangha
FREE every Wednesday night at 7:15, All are welcome. Hybrid class, Zoom in or Walk In.

Mindfulness is paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment with kindness and curiosity in a non-judgmental manner.
Thirty years of scientific research has shown that the effectiveness of mindfulness has helped with illness, anxiety, worry, stress, and decision making. Mindfulness and Meditation has also been able to help manage emotions and to increase the capacity for compassion, empathy, self care and self love. Mindfulness practices are widely used in business, healthcare and education.
Expect this class to be easy, comfortable and fun. You will Learn to:
Experience a beginner meditation practice to cultivate a calm mind & inner peace.
Learn breathing techniques that reduce stress and anxiety.
Practice gratitude.
Find joy in being present
