This free program will cover the basics of energy, what Reiki is and isn’t, the three levels of Reiki training, and how Reiki “works” with you to enhance your wellness. She will also share Reiki with the group as a hands-on experience.  Shannon will also answer any questions about her upcoming Reiki trainings at Heartsong.
