Candlelit Flow & Sound Bath, Pre-Thanksgiving Class, Hybrid

This special class is a special offering for those who can come to class on "the night before Thanksgiving" from 6 - 7 pm. With Sheila Magalhaes

Price: Regular drop-in, class packs, and memberships
With a Zoom option too.

Enjoy a sweet and gentle, quiet candlelit class for all levels, followed by a deep relaxation practice with the lovely sounds of the Crystal Bowls, (with Sheila!!) as part of a "Pre-Holiday Retreat" to nourish body, mind, and spirit.
