FREE "Living Whole" Zoom Community Gatherings

Living Whole Online’s approach to Integrative Whole Health offers education that unites the best in Conventional Medicine, Whole Plant-Based Food, Movement of the Body and Mind/Body/Spirit Disciplines which include the ways in which we focus our creativity. Our Tapas for Life Courses, which we call TLCs, offer resources and strategies to enhance your life and sense of joy, balance, harmony and hope.

Join LWO Facilitators and Special Guests, facilitated by Dr. Kathryn Hayward and often including LWO facilitator & Heartsong Yoga's owner Sheila Magalhaes. for these monthly Zoom events. Sessions will kick off with an introductory, calming practices and conclude with a grounding practices.
