The Michigan Music Alliance at Tania Watt Creative invite you to join us for Industry Mixer - Lansing on Feb 24, 2026 at Stage One at Sycamore Creek Church.
Industry Mixers are designed to connect and strengthen the Michigan music community. Hosted by the Michigan Music Alliance, this event provides essential networking and professional growth opportunities for local artists and industry professionals.
The evening will feature a short, focused presentation on membership in the Michigan Music Alliance by Executive Director Nicholas Thomasma, followed by an open networking session. Attendees will be able to network, share ideas, find collaborators, and gain insights to help build a thriving music career.
Following the mixer guests are invited to stay for The Good Neighbor Concert Series where the Michigan Music Alliance is the featured nonprofit.

About The Good Neighbor Concert Series:
The mission of The Good Neighbor Concert Series (GNCS) is provide a high-quality, inclusive, and accessible listening-room experience, featuring diverse, underrepresented, and emerging musical artists from across Michigan and beyond, where performers, community members, local businesses, and nonprofit organizations can make a positive impact for the Greater Lansing area, and inspire others to do likewise. Its vision is to transform the Greater-Lansing area into a vibrant, healthy, joyful, and hopeful destination, where live, original, Michigan-grown music thrives, and where all people are seen, valued, supported, inspired, and empowered to lead authentic and fulfilling lives, in harmony with one another.
The series works to raise awareness, funding, and other support for local nonprofit organizations, collaborates with local businesses whose values align with its mission, and elevates artists from a variety of backgrounds whose lives and work clearly exemplify and advocate for a more just, peaceful, kind, healthy, diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible community, state, and world. We strive to provide a safe gathering place where attendees and artists alike can build life-giving, in-person connections, work toward mutual growth and understanding, and become agents of positive change, that, in turn, inspire others in the community to work together for the common good.
