About the Workshop Guides: Dr. Shannon Smith & Alexis Schneider, LPC

Dr. Shannon Smith is a board-certified naturopathic doctor and advanced energy medicine practitioner who bridges the gap between science and soul. With a medical background of over a decade of nursing experience, she possesses a unique ability to see the root causes beneath physical and emotional imbalances. Shannon offers transformative 1:1 appointments that integrate herbal medicine, functional wellness, and multidimensional energy healing.

Her approach goes far beyond symptom management; Shannon helps you reclaim your power, reconnect with your body, and realign with your highest self. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain/conditions, emotional blockages and trauma, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, Shannon creates a safe, grounded space for deep release and cellular-level recalibration based on your individual needs.

Alexis is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist (ADS) and Energy Healing Practitioner. With over 20 years of experience in the mental health, rehabilitation, wellness space and her own health journey through cancer, Alexis takes a science-and-soul approach to healing. As the Owner & Founding Director of LiveWell, Alexis is passionate about helping her community HEAL, LEARN and GROW. She believes that in order for us to truly heal we must identify the root cause and address all layers of self: physical, energetic, mental, emotional, spiritual and communal.  Alexis inspires and empowers people to create their own state of ultimate health and happiness, naturally.
