Close your weekend with calm and intention in this soothing
90-minute session combining restorative gentle yoga, guided meditation and a gentle sound bath to help you unwind completely. Expect slow, supported movement, deep relaxation, and the tranquil sounds of crystal bowls and chimes to bring peace to body and mind.

Open to all levels – no yoga or sound bath experience needed.
Mats provided – please bring a blanket/cushion for extra comfort.
