£10.00 per person per session (includes workbook)

Spaces will be limited to keep the group small, confidential, safe and supportive.

This will be a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe to be yourself, talk openly (if and when you want to) and connect with other women who truly understand how you feel. 

You will learn what anxiety’s is and how it shows up to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and less alone with it all.

If you’ve been carrying anxiety quietly or feeling overwhelmed, this group is the place to take that first step with ongoing support.
