Becoming a parent is one of life’s greatest adventures—but it can also feel overwhelming when your baby is unwell, injured, or in need of urgent help.

Join us for a calm, supportive, and practical workshop designed to help new and expectant parents feel more prepared in those early months with baby.

In this relaxed small-group session, you’ll learn the essential first aid and safety skills every parent should know, including:

• Emergency assessment
• Infant CPR
• Infant choking response
• Recovery position
• Safe sleep basics
• Common household risks
• When to call 999, contact your GP, or monitor at home

There will be plenty of opportunities to practise skills, ask questions, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

Whether you’re expecting your first baby or already navigating life with a newborn, you’ll leave feeling calmer, more prepared, and more confident should an emergency arise.
