Join us for a very special collab event on Saturday 28th February, 12-3pm as we come together for an afternoon of community, challenge and good vibes 💪❄️✨
Our very own Baltic Betty (AKA Tasha from Boss Shots) is wrapping up her epic February challenge - 200 skips, 100 squats and 10 minutes in the ice bath every single day - all to raise awareness for two incredible causes:

💛 Teenage Cancer Trust
For the final day, Tasha is bringing the challenge to Glow Tanning and you’re invited to come along to cheer her on and even get involved…
❄️ Spectator Challenge:
Think you’re brave enough? Sit in the ice bath for 6 minutes and you’ll win:
• a 6-minute tanning session
• a 500ml Boss Shot - delicious, all-natural, immune-boosting juices made by Tasha herself 🥤
All ice baths on the day will be coached by the Flowstate Team - fully trained Ice Coaches, including British and World Record holders - so you’ll be in safe, experienced hands throughout.
