Hello!!! Join us for Swap & Shine: A May Gathering!
We are excited to invite you to participate in our "Swap & Shine: A May Gathering," hosted by Serenity in Movement, LLC. This vibrant event will take place at St. Luke's Church in East Greenwich, RI., on May 16, 2025, from 5:30pm - 8:30pm. Address is 99 Peirce St. and free parking is provided behind the church.
This exciting event combines a clothing swap with vibrant community activities, all set in a welcoming atmosphere. Bring your gently used clothing and accessories to trade off with others and refresh your wardrobe sustainably!
Event Admission: $20 cash. We can also accept Zelle, Paypal, and Venmo.
Whether you're looking to find something new, connect with your community, or simply enjoy a fun evening out, "Swap & Shine" has something for everyone. Join us for a night of sober fun, style, spirit, and community connection!
Further details to follow on pre-event clothing drops, times and dates. We ask that if at all possible, we receive the clothing prior to the event for set ups.
Bring up to 20 FABULOUS clothing items to add to the swap. Items should be lightly used or like new. Due to volume, we are asking attendees to please respect our kind wishes and keep items to 20 quality shares. Accessories are unlimited, and a self-help book or two is fine as well!
In addition to the swap, we will have a talented fleet of partners. We have been gifted talent from local teachers for wellness activities throughout the event and also live music. Professional salon blowouts will be available free as well; however tips are accepted for these various services. We will also have local businesses offering inexpensive but pampering tarot card readings, hair sparkles, and guided craft making in our craft corner.
All clothing left behind will be donated to a local women's organization in East Greenwich, RI.
