She was emotionally isolated, gaslit, and manipulated for years—until the abuse escalated and took her life. Like many survivors, she minimized his behavior, held out hope he would change, and fought silently to protect her children. Through this tragedy, I’ve learned how vital it is to recognize signs of abuse, show up consistently for those affected, and speak up even when it’s uncomfortable".Please join us to learn how to support others and identify the signs of partner / family violence. A licensed counselor will also be in attendance to be available to answer any questions.
