Jaime for a deeply nurturing day of reflection, creativity, and spiritual renewal designed to help you realign with life’s blessings and anchor into love.  ✨ The Day’s Journey  10:00 AM — Opening Smudging Ceremony & Guided Grounding Meditation. We’ll begin by cleansing the space and grounding our energy, releasing the weight of daily life and calling in the light of gratitude.  10:30 AM — Intention Setting & Altar Creation. Set your personal intention for the day and help create a shared altar of gratitude — a living symbol of community and connection.  11:00 AM — Gratitude Jar Crafting Create your own gratitude jar filled with notes of appreciation, sacred herbs, and sealed with wax. A beautiful daily reminder to count your blessings.  12:00 PM — Collective Gratitude Sharing. As a group, we’ll write messages of thankfulness that anyone could hold dear — “for the beauty in a sunset,” “for laughter,” “for another chance.” These will be placed into a shared jar and exchanged so each participant takes home 20 messages of collective gratitude to read whenever the heart needs a lift.  1:00 PM — Nourishing Tea & Light Lunch. Enjoy a gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan meal and herbal tea while receiving a channeled message and a personalized mini light language art piece from Rev. Jaime — a gift to carry your heart forward.  2:00 PM — Mindful Movement & Pranayama. Reconnect with your body through gentle movement and breath, expanding the heart space and grounding gratitude within.  2:30 PM — Singing Bowls, Reiki & Heart Chakra Activation. Immerse yourself in healing sound and energy. Experience crystal singing bowls, Reiki, and a light language heart activation — allowing divine love to flow freely through every cell.  3:30 PM — Journaling, Reflection & Closing Ceremony Take time to record your thoughts, insights, and experiences from the day. We’ll gather one final time to share reflections, seal our intentions, and offer gratitude for the day, the community, and the journey ahead.  Retreat concludes at roughly 4:30PM.  ⸻  Please bring: • Any blankets, pillows, or comfort items for our sound healing time that may help you relax • A journal or notebook • A small item for the group altar (stone, photo, or meaningful token)  Yoga mats will be provided. Light lunch and tea will be served. No prior experience is necessary — simply come as you are, open-hearted and ready to receive.
