The Freetown Council on Aging invites you to our Health & Wellness Fair, a special day designed to move your body, calm your mind, and connect you with local resources.


Health Fair Schedule
10:00 – 11:00 AM – Zumba with Maria (sign-up required)

11:15 – 11:45 AM – Meditation with Jay Michaels (sign-up required)

11:30 AM – 1:30 PM – Music with DJ Johnny Angel

12:00 PM – Lunch (Chicken & Orzo) & Raffle Ticket Distribution (sign-up required)

12:00 – 3:00 PM – Resource Tables & Giveaways (raffle drawn at 2:00 PM)

1:30 – 2:30 PM – Barn Babies Pet Therapy (sign-up required)


Highlights Include:

Zumba with Maria Machado – energize your morning with a fun outdoor class

Meditation with Jay Michaels – unwind with a calming guided session

Live Music by DJ Johnny Angel – enjoy feel-good tunes throughout the day

Barn Babies Pet Therapy – cuddle baby goats, piglets, puppies, kittens, bunnies, and chicks in a 100% hands-on experience! 

Delicious Lunch & Raffle – chicken and orzo lunch served at noon with a free raffle ticket for exciting prizes

Community Resource Tables & Giveaways – meet local organizations, collect information, and take home goodies


Important Notes
Who Can Attend: Older adults ages 60+ only

Registration Required: Call the COA at 508-763-9557 to sign up for Zumba, meditation, lunch, and Barn Babies

Weather: Schedule may be adjusted or canceled due to inclement weather. If the fair itself is canceled, Barn Babies will still take place!
