Join us for an evening of connection and information designed for supporting students ages 14+ and young adults as they plan for life in the future.

This free event brings together community organizations and resources that support education, employment, independence, and successful transitions into adulthood. Families will have the opportunity to explore available supports, ask questions, and connect directly with local providers in a welcoming environment.
