The cold dormant months of winter present us with the perfect opportunity for taking time to turn inward and focus on self-reflection. While the winter solstice marks the darkest day of the year, it also brings the promise of new light as we return to longer days.
 
This class will move through a series grounding and restorative postures that will focus on cultivating inner awareness. This will be a soothing and restorative class that is suitable for all levels of practice. All are welcome.
