Winter Solstice and Sound Bath Celebration

REFLECT, RELEASE, LET GO, AND SET INTENTIONS FOR THE NEW SEASON

The winter solstice is considered the seasonal dark night of the soul. Spiritually, it’s a time to honor both the light and the darkness that resides within each of us. On the shortest day and longest night of the year, we will celebrate the winter season with a gathering to set intentions for the months ahead. As we start to find a balance between light and dark, rebirth and renewal, let us embrace more Yin qualities and slow down. Take time to pause and reflect so we can move forward with grace.

This celebration will include:

· Breathing techniques

· Yoga poses to balance Yin and Yang

· Sound Healing

· Meditation

· Intention setting

· Essential oils

· Sense of community as we enter the long winter months
